Science Saturday Workshops - Molecular Gastronomy
In a lab setting, participants perform hands-on experiments that explore the molecular nature of matter. Experimentation culminates in the production of a particularly tasty crystallized concoction, better known as ice cream! Admission to the museum must also be purchased for participation. Admission is $10, instructor-led workshop fee is $5. Members receive free admission and workshops. You can create a member login to receive your discount online.
